Questions people ask

Short answers to the questions we hear most, from fees and timing to what happens if a GoFundMe closes.

Do you take a cut?

No. 100% of each coin's creator fees go to the cause. Our costs are the network fees of claiming and converting, which the pipeline keeps to a tiny fraction by batching.

How long until a donation shows up on GoFundMe?

Fees are claimed every few minutes once they pass a small minimum. Conversion and transfer happen when a campaign reaches the send threshold. The card payment follows from the queue. Busy coins see donations within hours; quiet ones take longer because small amounts are batched.

Can I link a coin I already launched elsewhere?

Yes, from the dashboard, if your wallet is the coin's creator and the coin's fee sharing points 100% at the PumpFundMe fee wallet. The dashboard checks both on-chain before linking.

Can several coins fund one GoFundMe?

Yes. A campaign is the cause; any number of coins can point at it, from any number of people.

What if the GoFundMe closes or stops accepting donations?

The campaign is paused, fees already claimed stay in the ledger, and we reach out to the organiser. Fees that cannot be delivered are held, never kept.

What does it cost to launch?

About 0.035 SOL of network rent and fees, plus your optional first buy. Unused SOL is refunded automatically.

Is my wallet ever at risk?

We only ever ask you to sign a plain SOL transfer for the deposit. We never request your seed phrase, never hold your tokens, and cannot move funds from your wallet.

Is this affiliated with GoFundMe or pump.fun?

No. PumpFundMe is an independent project that donates to fundraisers hosted on GoFundMe and builds on pump.fun's public program.
